1. Core Commitments
Rhizent Technologies is committed to maintaining a safe digital environment for all users. Protecting minors from sexual exploitation, abuse, grooming, and harmful content is our highest ethical and legal priority.
PlantSpace is designed for plant enthusiasts. We strictly disallow sexual content, predatory behavior, and any form of child endangerment across public Sprouts, Vines, open Communities, and direct communications.
2. Safeguards for Minors under the DPDP Act, 2023
In compliance with Section 9 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:
- No Behavioral Profiling: We do not track the browsing habits or online behaviors of minors to construct commercial profiles.
- No Targeted Ads: We run zero commercial advertising networks, ensuring that children are never targeted with advertising.
- No Harmful Processing: We do not process personal data in any way that could impair a child's mental or physical well-being.
- Parental Consent: Accounts for users under 18 years of age require verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Rhizent enforces an absolute zero-tolerance standard for Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).
Any user who uploads, shares, solicits, or facilitates access to such material will face immediate, permanent account termination and device banning. We preserve digital evidence and report violations immediately to Indian law enforcement authorities pursuant to the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012.
4. Priority Reporting Channel
Any report involving child endangerment, abuse imagery, or predatory conduct receives expedited priority review:

5. Statutory Indian Authorities & External Reporting
Users, parents, and observers are also encouraged to report child abuse or cyber exploitation directly to Indian government agencies:
- National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal: File a report online at cybercrime.gov.in or call the national cybercrime helpline at 1930.
- Special Juvenile Police Units (SJPU) & Local Police: File an immediate First Information Report (FIR) under the POCSO Act, 2012 with your local police station or SJPU.
- National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR): File complaints regarding child rights violations at ncpcr.gov.in or through the POCSO e-Box.
- Childline India: Dial 1098 for immediate 24/7 child emergency assistance.
6. How Reports Are Handled
Upon receiving a child safety notice:
- Immediate Quarantine: The reported content is removed from public view instantly pending investigation.
- Account Deactivation: Offending accounts are locked to prevent further interaction or deletion of evidence.
- Legal Referral: Relevant metadata, IP logs, and digital artifacts are compiled and furnished to law enforcement agencies upon lawful notice under Section 91 of the CrPC / Section 94 of the BNSS.
